Our client is a very high profile UHNW individual who is constructing a new superyacht, to replace their existing vessel. We worked closely with the family offices, between Hong Kong and London to review various aspects of the new yacht development supporting them to achieve three core objectives;

1. To review the proposed hospitality and facilities services onboard the new vessel, taking learnings from the existing superyacht, looking to finding efficiencies and improve service for the principal and their guests.

2. To improve the sustainability credentials of the vessel, minimising single use plastics and refuse being offboarded, reducing the carbon footprint.

3. To deliver an employee experience that is best-in-class, considering crew wellbeing from the very beginning of the project to allow for design thinking around possible solutions.

The project was delivered over a period of almost one year, with desk research, crew interviews, site visits and partnership discussions through an iterative process. The client was extremely happy with the thought provoking input and the way we brought new thinking to the table, challenging the status quo.
