In 2024, the vibrant city of Edinburgh played host to the prestigious Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF), a key event that brought together industry leaders, investors, and innovators from around the world. Think Hospitality Consulting proudly co-hosted this significant gathering, contributing its expertise and insights to foster discussions on the future of the restaurant industry.


The Global Restaurant Investment Forum is an annual event that serves as a platform for stakeholders in the restaurant industry to explore investment opportunities, share best practices, and discuss emerging trends. The 2024 edition, held in Edinburgh, focused on sustainability, technological advancements, and evolving consumer preferences in the dining sector.


As a co-host, Think Hospitality Consulting played a pivotal role in shaping the agenda and facilitating discussions.
