Laura Vana MA

Background

Laura is a leading voice in food innovation and hospitality consulting, blending deep technical expertise with global project experience. A trained sommelier with a Master's degree in Food Innovation and Health from Copenhagen University, she began her career heading Research and Development for the Michelin-starred Siigur Restaurant Group before moving into international consultancy.

She has opened new venues and shaped projects for world-renowned brands, with expertise spanning marketplace research, menu and recipe development, operational digitisation, HACCP planning and the deployment of hospitality technology solutions.

Passionate about education and engagement, Laura has designed sensory workshops for children and adults since 2015, and brought her insights to the TEDx stage in Tel Aviv with her talk, ‘Kids – Play With Your Food.’
