Michael Ingemann has deep and extensive experience leading and improving businesses across Europe, the Middle East and North America, working hands-on with investors and management teams in the food and hospitality sectors, developing ambitious but achievable strategies and then getting the business elements right to execute them.
After completing his MBA at Dartmouth College, he spent years with McKinsey & Company, as founder and CEO of technology firms in Scandinavia and the UK, and working with private equity firms across Europe. He is chairman, director or advisor to a number of restaurants, food, tech and communications companies in the UK, Scandinavia, the US and South America, including non-executive chairman of Claus Meyer Holding (founder of NOMA), trustee of the Melting Pot Foundation, and non-executive chairman of MURI.
