Bobo Island is a five-star luxury resort destination for Dar Global in Noonu Atoll, the Maldives, set across private lagoon villas, overwater residences and an exclusive private island. Think Hospitality's brief was to define the F&B masterplan and concept development across the resort's nine outlets.
Delivered as part of Think Hospitality's wider role as appointed F&B consultant across Dar Global's international portfolio, work has covered masterplanning and concept development across the full F&B programme, from all-day coastal dining and overwater fine dining through to a chef's tasting experience, private beach and villa dining, a lagoon sunset bar, and a champagne, caviar, cigar and whisky lounge, alongside a dedicated team wellbeing and accommodation strategy for resort staff.
