The brief

Tigermilk, founded by Nina and Alexis Melikov, built a loyal following across France and Belgium for its vibrant take on Latin American cuisine before making its UK debut on London's Tottenham Court Road.

Our approach

Think Hospitality supported the group's UK entry, working with the founders to define brand DNA, refine positioning and adapt the concept for a London audience, covering proposition development, partner introductions, localisation and strategic advisory.
